Swim and Share Referral Program

Effective Date: 10th October, 2024

By participating in the Swimly Referral Program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Program is operated by Swimly (“the Company”) and allows eligible customers (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by referring new clients (“Referred Customers”) to Swimly.

Eligibility

1. Referrers:
– Must be an existing customer of Swimly.
– Can only refer individuals who have never been Swimly customers.

2. Referred Customers:
– Must be new to Swimly and cannot have previously taken a class or registered for a Swimly service.

Referral Rewards

1. Referrer Reward:
– For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive a $20 credit applied to their Swimly account, usable toward future swim sessions or products.
– The reward is issued once the Referred Customer completes their first paid session.

2. Referred Customer Reward:
– The Referred Customer will receive a 10% discount on their first paid swim session with Swimly.

Referral Process

1. Referrers will be issued a unique referral code or link, which they can share with potential new customers.
2. To qualify for the referral reward:
– The Referred Customer must use the referral code during sign-up or mention the Referrer by name.
– The Referred Customer must book and complete at least one paid swim session at Swimly.
3. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.

Conditions for Receiving Referral Rewards

1. The Referrer and the Referred Customer must both meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms.
2. Rewards will only be given for Referred Customers who successfully complete their first paid session.
3. Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used retroactively.

Expiration of Rewards

1. The $20 credit must be used within 6 months of being issued, after which it will expire.
2. Credits can only be applied to services or products provided by Swimly and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.

Program Limitations and Modifications

1. Swimly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason, without notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated via email and on the Swimly website.
2. Referral rewards earned before any modifications or termination of the Program will still be honored according to these terms.
3. Swimly reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts or referring oneself.

General Terms

1. Swimly reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. In the event of any disputes regarding eligibility or rewards, Swimly’s decision will be final.
